Pattison Enterprises LLC… the owner
Jack Pattison is the owner of Pattison Enterprises LLC.
He has over 25 years of U.S. Army service and over 10 years in the private sector.
He is a veteran of two wars; is an honor graduate of the U.S. Army Ranger School; a West Point graduate (BS degree) and was the First Captain of the class of 1974; a graduate of the U.S. Army Organizational Effectiveness Staff Officer School; a graduate of the U.S. Army’s School of Advanced Military Studies (MMAS degree), served as Chief of War Plans at III U.S. Corps, and served on the Army Staff.
His private sector experience includes projects for CRD, a small sales and marketing strategy firm in Atlanta, GA; a senior analyst at Science Applications International Corp working for the U.S. Army; and a senior consultant at L-3 Communications working for the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
He developed and taught a one day planning and decision making process course for the public health professionals and scientists at the CDC, and served as the advisor to the CDC Plans Decision Unit during the Agency’s successful response to the 2009/2010 Influenza Pandemic that affected every state in the nation.

Pattison Enterprises LLC partners with MacLean LLC for major projects.
French MacLean has broad experience in government and the private sector.
He is an historian and author with 15 books published and #16 is at the publisher.
He won the 2012 John Carroll award of The Little Big Horn Association for his seminal work, a book about Company M of the 7th U.S. Cavalry, part of George Custer’s Regiment at the Little Big Horn.
In 2014, his work The Fifth Field received the Army Historical Foundation’s prestigious Richard G. Trefry Award.
French MacLean is a veteran of two wars; a West Point graduate (BS degree)- class of 1974, graduated from the Army’s School of Advanced Military Studies (MMAS degree); has earned three Master Degrees; commanded an Infantry battalion; served as the Inspector General for the U.S. Army in Europe; served on the faculty as a professor and course director at the National Defense University in Washington, DC, served on the Army and Department of Defense Staffs, and was a senior analyst at the Homeland Security Institute.
He has lived and worked abroad over 13 years in Asia and Europe.
